We are seeking an experienced Account Manager/Relationship Manager to promote our service offerings. Services include project management, design, installation services, moving services, reconfiguration services and warehousing.
Qualifications:
• Goal oriented and self motivated with excellent communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers • Excellent organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills • Knowledge of commercial furniture to include systems and case goods, moving and installation services • Previous experience and/or knowledge in commercial real estate, facilities management and/or commercial furniture recommended but not required • Must be able to sell business to business at a senior management level • Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and future clients • Identify prospective customers using established lead • Make group presentations to decision-makers re: Move/Furniture Management. • Service and maintain accounts • Meet goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines
